Style Me Pretty – From Inspiration to Reality – Kansas City
I am so excited to have been part of this project with the most talented group of vendors in Kansas City! Not to mention having this work featured on the beautiful blog, Style Me Pretty! This inspiration board was created by a Style Me Pretty bride, and our amazing vendors brought their own interpretation and style to the design as we brought it to reality. It was shot at The Simpson House (where Sam and I had our wedding reception 15 years ago!). Here is the inspiration board that we chose.
Go HERE to check out some of the amazing images that my friend Adrienne Maples captured. Notice the adorable little flower girl – she’s mine! We had something of a “take your daughter to work day” for this shoot. Holly and Kindra from Simple Elegance did the styling and my dear friend Craig Sole and his team made the most amazing flowers! The dresses came from our friends at Bella Bridesmaid, hair and make up from Mink Artistry (my Lily really enjoyed this part of the day), those beautiful paper pieces are from Lilah Paper, the very yummy cakes are from Natasha’s Mulberry and Mott and rental from Celebration Party Rentals.
This is the film that I created showcasing the shoot

– please hop over to the Style Me Pretty blog to see all Adrienne’s work AND the very fun behind the scenes video that was put together showing us all working hard putting this beautiful board together.
Thanks to everyone for your hard work, and many thanks to Style Me Pretty for the opportunity to share what we do in such a beautiful way!
