OH, how I love Greek Weddings! This one is extra special because Kristina is the last of three sisters to be married and given me the honor of helping to preserve their wedding day with film. Kristina and Taylor are high school sweethearts and have been a part of each others family for many years, and it was such a treat to get to watch them create their own little family on this day within the other two large and loving extended families. I’ve known Amy for several years as we have worked together on a series of corporate jobs, so it was such a treat to get to film her wedding day – and her sisters too! Such a meaningful day and so many special friends and family were there to celebrate with Michael and Amy. I loved hearing their sweet words to each other during their first look before the wedding ceremony and can’t wait to share the super fun reception with the talented Michael Beers Band and gorgeous ceremony at Visitation Catholic Church. It is always a mystery to me exactly how a couple’s wedding story will come together. We pay close attention all day on wedding days to capture every little interaction and moment, look and touch but still never quite sure how each day will come together in a film until we get to the final edit. This day had so much of all of these things – so many meaningful touches, glances and lovely moments, but I think it was the words that brought it all together. I loved that both Mary and J.W.’s dad’s had such sweet words during their toasts and special family and friends too! It is clear how important family is to these two and very easy to see that they have a beautiful future together. Please let the entire video load first, as it is a little longer than usual – you won’t want to miss a second!

Tessa and Ryan – Slow Motion Video – Kansas City

SO MUCH FUN. I don’t think I have seen a group enjoy Slow Motion so much EVER. Tessa and Ryan’s friends and family ROCKED the slow mo booth! We had a HUGE crowd around the flat screen watching the slow motion footage right after shooting. JUST TOO MUCH FUN.
