Karin and JC – Kansas City Wedding Film – Highlight

I knew I would love this couple the minute we met. Karin and JC just had a wonderful chemistry and relaxed way about them that I just loved. Their wedding day was relaxed and and classy and just so beautiful at one of my favorite venues, Pennway Place and Patti Gehring worked her magic as always. Topping it off with a wonderful dinner from Feasts of Fancy and a master cigar roller and smoking room, their guests had as wonderful time as the newly married couple. Thank you guys, it was a pleasure to be part of your wedding day and help you preserve this amazing day.

Betsy and Mike – Short film

Well, we are ending the second week of the kids at school and I am SO HAPPY to start my wedding film blogging again with this beautiful piece! You may recognize the sneak peek from my website – it has been featured there for a bit. The entire film is just stunning! I was so lucky to get to attend Betsy and Mike’s rehearsal dinner, so we were able to include so many heartfelt toasts from family from that night into the short film. It was especially great for me b/c I filmed Betsy’s sister’s wedding a few years ago, so it was like visiting with old friends again! You will see all my favorites down in the details – from flowers, to photographer – it was a great night! Thank You Betsy and Mike for letting me help you preserve such a special day! Lesley and Matt – wedding highlight – kansas city wedding video

What a beautiful new family! It was so great to be able to celebrate with you both and capture your wedding day – not to mention visit with your wonderful families! I had the pleasure of filming Lesley’s brother’s wedding a couple years ago and it was great to get to meet their new little guy!

Lesley and Matt’s wedding was filled with so many personal touches, from the movie posters in the theater hallways, the popcorn boxes that her Dad helped make, to the awesome musicians and bands that filled the Uptown with fantastic sounds, and of course wonderful food, and a VERY cool cake! Thank you both so much for letting me be a part of your wedding day – Please keep in touch!

Jenny and Mike – short film

Pretty Pretty Pretty!  I could just leave it at that and be done with this one!  Wow! I have a special place in my heart for art museums and the Nelson Atkins is especially wonderful!  This was the first time I have shot a wedding reception here and it lived up to all my expectations.  What a grand location for a wedding.  Jenny and Mike you will have such special memories now every time you go to visit!  It also turned out that our families are connected with some dear friends, which I didn’t figure out until they started waving enthusiastically at the wedding. 🙂  Beautiful locations, FABULOUS couple, great families, favorite photographer, wonderful coordinator and spectacular flowers makes for one awesome wedding.  Enjoy!
