I loved getting to tell this couple’s wedding story! We had much in common as both Lora and John met at Kansas State University just like Sam and I did! The fact that their wedding took place two days before our 19th anniversary and listening to so many great K-State stories brought back many good memories for me. These two had many beautiful personal touches that they put into their wedding day. The John Deer tractor that they used as a get-away car belonged to John’s Grandpa, and both shocks of wheat in Lora’s bouquet came from John’s and Lora’s Grandpa’s farms. There are many more moments and details from this day that you don’t get to see just yet – have to wait to see the feature film for those!
