Anne and Ryan – Kansas City Wedding Videography – Sneak Peek

I intended to post this yesterday for Father’s Day, but we got busy celebrating with our family and it just didn’t happen. I am admittedly a complete softy for Daughters and Daddies. Could be because I watch my own young daughter love her Daddy so much, or I reflect upon the relationship I had with my late Dad – whatever the reason the Daddy/Daughter thing is what, after 10 years of making wedding films, can bring me to tears in 2 seconds flat. This moment is here in Anne and Ryan’s sneak peek. The look on Anne’s Dad’s face as they get to the end of the aisle together and she is looking upon her new husband with such love it just amazing. Thank you Anne and Ryan for letting me be a part of your day, It was a lovely way for my husband and I to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary too. – I can’t wait to edit the rest of your wedding film! There are so many special connections here I am not sure where to start! I have worked with Diane’s mom for years and gotten to see Diane grow from a sweet girl to such a lovely young woman before my eyes. She met this amazing man who ends up to be the brother of one of my very first wedding clients ten years ago! What fun to be a special part of this wedding day. Amy and Brian had the most wonderful wedding day – I love that Amy was able to get ready with all her girlfriends and family at home too! There is something so personal and comforting about being HOME when you get ready for your wedding day. They had a lovely reception at the beautiful Hilton President and we were able to take some great photos/film in Downtown Liberty on the way.

Katie and John – Kansas City Wedding Video – Highlight Film

Katie and John had a beautiful fall day to celebrate their wedding. The weekend started with a lovely rehearsal dinner at one of my favorite locations, the Boulevard Brewery in Kansas City. Such a great place to start a weekend of family and friends coming together. The wedding was at Country Club Christian Church, one of my favorite shots was the sweet flower girls making their way down the isle to John. After a beautiful ceremony they all headed over to the InterContinental and the Michael Beers Band kicked off a wonderful party. Holly and the team from Simple Elegance kept everything running like clockwork and every detail was perfect! It was a spectacular day and I was honored to be a part of it. Karin and JC – Kansas City Wedding Film – Highlight

I knew I would love this couple the minute we met. Karin and JC just had a wonderful chemistry and relaxed way about them that I just loved. Their wedding day was relaxed and and classy and just so beautiful at one of my favorite venues, Pennway Place and Patti Gehring worked her magic as always. Topping it off with a wonderful dinner from Feasts of Fancy and a master cigar roller and smoking room, their guests had as wonderful time as the newly married couple. Thank you guys, it was a pleasure to be part of your wedding day and help you preserve this amazing day.
