We have been working with the team from Simple Elegance for many years and adore these ladies! When Kindra asked me to help her with a promotional video I was beyond excited and flattered. Kindra is an amazing business woman and inspiring in every way, and what she has built with Simple Elegance is truly wonderful. Kansas City is very lucky to have these talented and wonderful women and I so glad to get to work with them and call them friends. We are super excited to share this promotional video piece for our friend Lauren Heim. Lauren is a super talented artist who has been taking Kansas City by storm the last couple years and she has just launched an online workshop!

Here is a brief description of her workshop from her website:

The online workshop includes one hour and 15 minutes of video content by hand lettering artist, Lauren Heim of Lauren Heim Studio. The online workshop follows the exact same format, content and supplies of our in-person workshops, and allows you to pause, rewind and watch as many times as you need to. I will walk you through everything from supplies, to setting up your space, basic and practice strokes, lowercase alphabet, connecting letters to make words and flourishes.

When a bride and groom plan to say their own vows for their wedding day, it always gives me a bit of a thrill. All wedding ceremonies are incredibly special, but there is just something so intimate and authentic about personal vows and I adore them. I just love this toast by Karen’s sweet sister and former bride of ours – Just the way she celebrates their relationship and welcomes Dusty into the family! Kansas City Wedding Videography – The Carriage Club – Lindsay and Mike – Sneak Peek Trailer

Lindsay and Mike didn’t want to see each other before the wedding day but still wanted a moment together. This was the perfect compromise – holding hands and exchanging letters. I would never have been able to stay behind that wall myself, but they kept it together and the moment was magical. Congratulations Mike and Lindsay!
