Oh my goodness – the beauty and romance in these two! Just wow. There was just something about the love that these two have for each other along with the tradition of a Greek Wedding day that was just stunning. These two wrote the most beautiful letters to each other and poured so much of their love into them they were very much like personal vows. It was such an honor to be part of this day – can’t wait for this feature!

This was one of those weddings where it was SO DIFFICULT to not just do the entire edit while I was working on the sneak peek! There is so much beauty in this day that just didn’t fit in this quick little trailer! What you DO get to see and hear are some super sweet moments between Allie and Ron and some beautiful words that they wrote to each other on their wedding day. I can’t wait to add the magnificent footage from Redemptorist Catholic Church and more amazing moments and details from the Nelson-Atkins Museum of art. So so pretty! I loved Mollie right away when we met months ago to talk about her wedding day. I had filmed many of her friends weddings as well and we just hit it off from the start. When we talked a few months before the wedding day and she told me her Dad was very ill it broke my heart. I was preparing myself for a very difficult wedding day full of sadness and honestly was worried about getting through it with the memories of my own Dad’s fight. Mollie and Brian’s day couldn’t have been farther from what I had in my mind at all. It was one of the most joyful days I have filmed, filled with gratitude, love, celebration and happiness. Mollie and Brian glowed, their friends celebrated and their families were both so joyful. It was a beautiful day and I was so honored to have been included in it. Congratulations Mollie and Brian!

Rebecca and Jon had the most beautiful wedding day and I was so happy that they read their wedding day letters to each other. Rebecca had created a journal that she had been writing in for Jon during their engagement. This is where she wrote her note to him. Such a special and super sweet idea. I love the idea that they can add to this journal and go back to it every year. They have been together for a long time and it was such a joy to get to watch them officially start their life together.
