Katie and John had a beautiful fall day to celebrate their wedding. The weekend started with a lovely rehearsal dinner at one of my favorite locations, the Boulevard Brewery in Kansas City. Such a great place to start a weekend of family and friends coming together. The wedding was at Country Club Christian Church, one of my favorite shots was the sweet flower girls making their way down the isle to John. After a beautiful ceremony they all headed over to the InterContinental and the Michael Beers Band kicked off a wonderful party. Holly and the team from Simple Elegance kept everything running like clockwork and every detail was perfect! It was a spectacular day and I was honored to be a part of it. What a beautiful new family! It was so great to be able to celebrate with you both and capture your wedding day – not to mention visit with your wonderful families! I had the pleasure of filming Lesley’s brother’s wedding a couple years ago and it was great to get to meet their new little guy!

Lesley and Matt’s wedding was filled with so many personal touches, from the movie posters in the theater hallways, the popcorn boxes that her Dad helped make, to the awesome musicians and bands that filled the Uptown with fantastic sounds, and of course wonderful food, and a VERY cool cake! Thank you both so much for letting me be a part of your wedding day – Please keep in touch!
