When a groom toasts to his new wife at the reception? Oh yes, perfection! I love the look in Joe’s face as he is looking at Liz as he toasts her and thanks their guests on their wedding day. So much love is expressed here – and this first look? So sweet! The Grand Ballroom looks stunning thanks to Dan Meiner and his team – and that cookie table! WOW! It is amazing to me how beautifully a couples story can come together with the words that the people who love them the most. And it makes my heart happy when families have the insight to capture those words so we can make something beautiful that will last forever for a new family. This was an amazing day, and I LOVE when a sweet groom toasts to his new bride at the reception. There is really nothing more special than to honor her like that. Sam’s words were so sweet to Lauren as they started their new life together. Congratulations Lauren and Sam!

Lora and John – Kansas City Wedding Videography – Sneak Peek Wedding Trailer

I loved getting to tell this couple’s wedding story! We had much in common as both Lora and John met at Kansas State University just like Sam and I did! The fact that their wedding took place two days before our 19th anniversary and listening to so many great K-State stories brought back many good memories for me. These two had many beautiful personal touches that they put into their wedding day. The John Deer tractor that they used as a get-away car belonged to John’s Grandpa, and both shocks of wheat in Lora’s bouquet came from John’s and Lora’s Grandpa’s farms. There are many more moments and details from this day that you don’t get to see just yet – have to wait to see the feature film for those! Thank you Lora and John for letting me be a part of your day!

I don’t know, can you have a “wedding crush”? Well, if you can I do. This wedding. The colors, the style, the words, the FUN, the band, well all of it. LOVE. Not to mention the cool as a cucumber couple and bridal party who didn’t skip a beat when the back tire on the trolley exploded on a rush hour highway. Not to worry, they just all hopped in the photo/video teams cars and away we went to the ceremony! Didn’t miss a beat. LOVE. That is how I got a selfie like THIS! Rebecca and Jon had the most beautiful wedding day and I was so happy that they read their wedding day letters to each other. Rebecca had created a journal that she had been writing in for Jon during their engagement. This is where she wrote her note to him. Such a special and super sweet idea. I love the idea that they can add to this journal and go back to it every year. They have been together for a long time and it was such a joy to get to watch them officially start their life together.
