Katie Dilse – Amazing Lady and Keynote Speaker – Promotional Video

I really do think some things happen for a reason. My experience with Katie Dilse is a perfect example of this. Katie called me one day this winter in something of a panic as she was traveling to Kansas City from North Dakota to give a Keynote speech to an amazing group of women at the 2013 US Custom Harvesters National Convention. Her videographer had flaked out and she needed someone to film her keynote. I was in the studio, answered the phone, and was available THE VERY NEXT DAY to film her! We clicked immediately and I was truly moved by her speech and had the most wonderful time creating a promotional video for her. She has a wonderful message and I know there are many different groups across the country that would benefit from hearing her! Check out her video below and make sure to go to her website and blog. The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society – Survivor Stories

About once a year I get to create a special film for a cause that is meaningful to me – gratis. Sometimes I find the organization and sometimes they find me. It feels so good to be able to make some kind of contribution and give back somehow to organizations and people in my community. This time they found me. Most of us have been touched by cancer in some way, I lost my Dad to lung cancer six years ago and know quite a few who have fought Leukemia and Lymphoma. When Heather called me with this project, I knew I had to do it. We created these two films to share at the 25th Anniversary Ball to raise money for research for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. So much is happening with new drugs and treatments and it is making a difference in so many lives. They raised over one MILLION dollars on Saturday night.

I am so proud to help share the voices of some of the survivors who are alive because of the research being done in Kansas City. Each of them has such an amazing story to tell and are such strong and beautiful individuals.

AMAZING Massage Therapist in Kansas City – Spirit of Namaste Massage

OH MY! Lisa with Spirit of Namaste Massage gives the very best massages EVER. So good that I have started taking my entire family to her. My kids now see her monthly too. I didn’t really intend to become such a fan but after my first massage with her I was pretty much hooked. She explains it so well in her promo film – I will let her tell you in her own voice, but I can tell you this – she is very good at what she does!
